Ray Haynes presented an interesting article from Rotary Down Under: “How’s Your Health” This thought provoking article by a Rotarian who was clearly ignoring signs of an imminent health catastrophe, was saved by a fellow Rotarian who was not afraid to ask his mate, “How’s Your Health” because he could see there was a problem. Seeing his doctor resulted in a diagnosis of hypertensive crisis, that could have resulted in a stroke or worse. Subsequent treatment saved his life.

NOT the winner! The point is that we must not only look after own health, but if you care about family or friends, speak up if you see a problem! You may save a life! |
