AIM (Ambition in Mind) is a boy’s engagement program at John Willcock College. It is a way of dealing with the attendance challenges for indigenous boys. Fred helps them to develop life skills in the areas of English, Maths, Design & Technology and Health.

Fred was thanked by Grant.

In 2016 the attendance rate for indigenous boys at JWC was 34.57%. It is now up to 46.32%.

AIM is mainly about developing life skills and the program can get adapted on a daily basis. It endeavours to transition boys back into mainstream education

They are also involved in several ongoing projects that include rebuilding bicycles, camping and a city focussed program.

Fred played a video of AIM highlights from 2017
