Alice Steiger | Head Space in Geraldton |
Alice Steiger, director of “Headspace” in Geraldton spoke on issues of youth mental health. Headspace is an organization set up by the Federal Government with branches all over Australia. It services 12-25 year olds who may be facing issues in their lives affecting their physical and mental health. It acts as a “One Stop Shop” with mental health counselors, a GP, work and studies support and drug and alcohol support. With simple changes and help young people can reboot their lives.

In front of the Bikes! Alice challenged us with the essentials to mental health, including adequate sleep, physical activity, healthy diet, connecting with mates and having a principle goal.
