President Lew outlined some important issues raised at the Board meeting including consideration for Leannes Trench, SchoolsLink, and the 4-Way Test Speech Competition.

President Lew advised that the Board is reviewing the viability and returns from our annual Redhill Concert.  Careful consideration was needed and Lew was keen to get feedback from all Memebers of the Club.  Some correspondence will be sent to all members.

PP Pete Svensson, our Director of Club Administration gave a detailed report.  Please see his separate article for information from the Minister for Fun!.

Allocation of members to committees.  Directors will approach members and "tap" them on the shoulder.  If you have an interest please contact the relevant Director.

PP Steve Muir, Director for Youth advised that Tobias has arrived home safely and we will be getting our new exchange student, Janika from Finland, on 25th July.

Ian Johnston noted that he would be going to Estonia next year to visit Lis, our student form 2002/3

Flyers were handed out for the Seoul Convention, 28th May - 1st June 2016.  The Club is keen to be well represented and it is recommended you have a look at the publicity at www.riconvention.org
