Pres Lew said but a few words today, (Which made up for last week!-ed) thanking people for the donations for Hillcrest Lodge Men’s Garage. They have a bench, various tools and a fridge! Help with other stuff would be appreciated, see Lew!  He also explained in detail how to register your meeting apologies on the website!

PP Pete put out a desperate appeal for help with the Christmas function coming up. It will be on the Dec 15 at the RSL Club rooms, 5.30pm till sunup, apparently!!

Ray Haynes gave an update on the 4 way speaking competition. The Nagle heat with three contestants was very close, after a great deal of discussion; Luke Godley was chosen to compete against Strathalbyn’s winner to represent us in Perth.

Graeme Byland put in an appeal to assist with looking after Janika now she is on school holidays. After camp in two weeks she will be free and available!!

Thanks to Jason who raised $100 with the “Cold Chisel” concert tickets he donated.
